Sundial

The UNIX time runs from bottom to top across the screen of the piece Sundial. At the same time, the entire disk is constantly aligned with the sun and thus rotates 360° in one day. UNIX time is the standardized, internal representation of time in computers. It has been counting seconds (or smaller units) since 01.01.1970.
